Rebuilding Lives with Our Reentry Support Services
Vocational Training: Earn certifications in fields like Culinary Arts & Hospitality
Case Management: Benefit from referrals to resources including addiction services and mental health resources
Career Readiness and Job Placement Assistance: Equip yourself with the skills to secure and maintain employment
Financial Incentives: Receive financial support for job training and job placement.
Continued Support: Benefit from the support for one year after program completion and as part of our alumni

Program for Offenders provides high-impact hands-on vocational assessment and skills training to pre-trial detainees and sentenced inmates of the Philadelphia Department of Prisons. Enrolled inmates will have the opportunity to participate in vocational programming, inclusive of employment-focused re-entry supports that connect to high-priority occupations, allowing for greater employability once they have returned to society.

Skills training includes: maintenance, environmental maintenance, job readiness/digital literacy, Microsoft Office specialist and life skills

Conduct pre- and post assessments to accurately determine skills, needs, interests and abilities in order to match employment possibilities via the CareerScope® platform and other tools

Opportunities to earn industry-recognized credentials
